jed27 This fantastic road movie is, in my opinion, the best movie that Wim Wenders ever made, and probably one of the best films from the 1980's, and I don't think I am the the only one to think that. Everything in this film is wondefurl : the actors, the shooting, the music, the way Wenders directed it... everything is just wonderful.
After seeing 'Paris, Texas', you'll know why it was awarded at the Cannes Festival with the Palme d'Or in 1984.
To be short and brief, you should watch this film, and particularly the DVD version (there's an interview from Wim Wenders which is really interesting).
