Apple has also recently announced that they will market a smartphone, to be called the iPhone.

cityeyes Dislike  You can get a mac and have a shiny piece of junk on your desk in two years, or build your own PC for 1/5th the price and upgrade it as the years pass. Oh yeah. Also - see gaming.

I've got nothing against Mac users per-se, but people who accept and identify with it past the point as just a computer bother me a bit because they're completely falling for the hype that the marketing company wants you to buy.

I'm sure everyone by now has heard about the new iPhone 3GS (i hate that name) that Apple announced at the World Wide Developer's Conference on Monday. But have you seen the first television advertisement for the new phone?Break In was directed by David Fincher, a self professed mac fanatic (some might have noticed that the trailer for his last film, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button was only officially available on Apple's Quicktime in HD).
